can u apply for pcc in delhi from us?

i\'m in US , can i apply for pcc at RPO and local police station from US? i was thinking if i can send some relative to RPO, is it possible?
ans also whats the procedure for applying at RPO?

I booked for my wife Jan 30 and return back Mar 10.
I have 7 month old daughter they told me $204 for that.
Adult fare $830 + $69( Tax).
Tickets are good through for 4 months.
This is all I got by Air India. which they have best.

mine was also entered on 12/12. I spoke to Chitra 2 times. She asked me to check back last week of Jan and expect to get Feb interview. I am planning to call on 11th. Hope this time I should be able to talk to Swamy.

I guess for your wife name clearance, Swamy would have asked for late Feb or early March.

Chuck ! I CALLED THE CONSULATE AND TOLD SWAMY HE TOOK MY WIFES NAME AND DOB AND SAID WUD DO THE CLEA

DO YOU THINK I STILL NEED TO SEND A LETTER TO THE CONSULATE.COZ THE CONSULATE DID NOT EVEN OPEN THE PACKET 3 FRM WHAT I CUD UNDERSTAND DO U THINK SENDING A LETTER WOULD HELP OR IF THERE IS AFAX NUMBER I CUD FAX IT TO THEM ,IF U GUYS KNOW THE FAX NUMBER OF DELHI .
