I remember someone’s case was appealed after it was granted. She was stressed out and not sure what happened after.

I was following that too. I think her biometrics were expired but the case was approved after she got that done.

Most of the time what happens is that during the wait if the person commits a serious offense then the state appeals the court's decision and asks for a review. DUI, domestic violence and so many other things that can make us lose our gc

Yes. Be patient and get green card first.
It’s 10 years green card with no conditions. So u be good. U can apply for passport after 5 years. Good luck to you

3 years and 3 month already after approval. Hopefully soon we will get grant letters.

Hopefully very soon. I want to see my grandfather. He’s 95 and waiting for me. Unfortunately my dad is not alive. He passed away 11 years ago. Couldn’t go to his funeral even.

Did you try calling the courts to check? At times they just sit on it. Also make sure you judge is still the same. They retire, move or die and they keep your case in limbo without new judge.

Our turn didn’t come yet.
There is lots of us from 5/21 still pending.
This fiscal year we will see it hopefully.
