I think because there’s 4k visa numbers every fiscal year and they only had 3685 cases for 2020. So that makes it having extra 315 visa numbers that maybe will be used for 2021 cases on top of the allotted 4k visa numbers.
Yes I think will cover until march 2021 and next october all the way to January of 2025 thats what looks like it
