U need to be patient. The RFE takes a long time to reach you. We got email notification on Jan 29th but the lawyer's office got it only on Feb 19th.

The update from my end is that we sent out the RFE response already but no news since then. I am hoping to hear (something good) anytime now...keeping my fingers crossed.

LUD today

I had a LUD today on my case. After FP on 02/24, this is the third LUD.

Case Detail:
EB2 PD:02/2002
I485 RD:04/2005
FP2: 02/24/2007
LUD on I485:02/27,03/07,03/09
 
Hi hhk2005,

I have hardly any idea what is going on with this process as you can see the number times dates changed in our cases. But we applied for our 3rd EAD and AP in Jan and got a mail on 03/06/07 saying that they mailed a request for RFE on our EAD and AP applications. So I would think they will wait to get the respose for the RFE before looking at our 485 apps. I am still waiting on my lawyer to get the mail for RFE from USCIS. At this time I do not know what the RFE is for.

I don't think these LUD's are related to EAD and AP in any case.

I applied for my third EAD and AP in early Dec '06 and got the approval in third week of Feb '07.

Looking at the recent trend, my understanding was that after second FP there is usually only one LUD before the approval. However, we have three LUD's and still counting ...:rolleyes:

We sent the RFE response last Monday by FedEx overnight and these idiots have still not updated. By the time they respond I am sure the dates will be retrogressed.

This whole process is sooooo frustrating :mad: :mad: :mad:

Nope still waiting... I am gettong tired of this waiting game.

Harakad is that online msg stated that primlarly processing completed for u or its only says RFE received.
I think when msg change to primilarly proessing complete that means approval on its way...

This is what the message says:

"On March 13, 2007, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done"

Looks like a regular msg update... u done with FP and interview I don't think so interview... otherwise they already move your file. Hope some thing good will happened this week(cross your fingers);)
