EB3 with current PD

thanks guys..

they only sent me a approval notice as per online status...i guess i have to wait now for biometrics and then the card production will be ordered...

any idea guys why they did not approve my spouse case....we did FP together on same dates....

I spoke to my lawyer, they are saying that VSC transferred any case with pending security check to TSC. I am not sure how they know this information.

I am suprised that people who went for FP2 after me have their security checks complete.

i guess u got FP2 before the PD became current....guys who got FP2 after PD current are still at VSC....i sugges u taking a infopass and check out about ur NC is cleared or not

I thought about Infopass. My lawyer suggested why waste half a day in local office to know the obvious that NC is not cleared.

I am expecting the notification from USCIS by end of this week which will explain why the case was transferred to TSC. If no mention on NC, I will then take Infopass appointment.

Typically I have heard that 1wk to 2 wk times the spouse case gets updated too.

Did you see LUD's after your FP being same yours and spouse ?

Is your spouse on H4 ? H1 cases I have read takes longer time ?

Congrats Pallu. I agree with Bagusac. if the dependent has own visa, the cases take longer, like mine. Can you confirm this?

Dep was initially on H1B and now on EAD.

When was your FP2 ?
My case has been approved. Dep is still waiting for approval. No FP2 yet. FP1 on oct'05.

Last June, dep had LUD, I did not have LUD. My case got approved directly in June '06.

Any RFE's so far... please provide more details.

thanks again guys....i am sure everyone who is waiting will be getting approval soon...

today they ordered the production of new card for me. even thou i gave 2nd FP as Code 1...but i also recently gave Code 2 for my EAD...i guess they might have pulled it from EAD file.

as far as spouse is concerned...she changed from H4 to H1 adn currnetly on EAD. we are going to call today to VSC to check if the cases were seperated by mistake....we gave 2nd FP together and LUD were same in both the cases...spouse is still hanging at 01/25/2006.

Message change on 03/01/07 but so far I didn't rec'd REF. I called my lawyer too but he stated that he didn't rec'd it either. I called customer service rep yesterday and she stated that they will send out 2 copies of REF one to lawyer and one to me... I never heared it before!!! Still waiting:(
