I wish the concept of turn/line is there with NSC folks. If that was the case, my 140 shouldnt have been approved. I definitely feel that NSC is unjust in approving later filers (including me) while older cases are sitting idle. Of late they have been approving 140's filed in 2004 and 2005 while many in 2003 are still wondering whats happening to theirs! And they have approved many 485's whose 140's have been approved recently. So I'm trying to see if this is an aberration or a trend.plastic_card said:Sriram1975
So Just wait until your turn.
EB2 is current as of now. I think they might have confused with EB3?485test said:Does visa numbers not available affect EB2 applicants too? MY PD is October 2002. When I enquied about my case status they said that visa numbers are not available???? any ideas....

I heard 2 other people on this forum mention that when they called USCIS to inquire they were told they dont have visa numbers for EB2. I dont know if USCIS mistook their case for EB3?nishokie said:if you look on the www.shusterman.com website , it says that EB2 category may retogress too in July.
