EAD tracker at NSC (those filed in Sept/Oct 2006)

my EAD Got approved in 48 days from NSC!!

Spet 19th Filed and approved on Nov7tht Cards also on Nov12th.
 
Applied for EAD

I applied for 3rd EAD in early November.

I'll let you know when it's approved. I hope my I-485 is approved before that :D

Has anybody recently got biometrics notice for paper based ead application?
seems like some ppl are getting.... huh
 
Applied for EAD/AP in oct, RD:11/3/06. Paper based filing.

got bunch of emails today, saying

On November 16, 2006, your APPLICATION... was received here for processing. We will mail you a decision as soon
as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate
when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current
processing dates.

who gets biometrics letter and how soon/late after these emails
 
who applied paper based and got notice for biometrics notice?

I already did 4 times and never got any. My 5th EAD is pending and I am going to india . If i get notice then i have to leave everything and come back.

july2003filer.

I dont thing so if you applied by paper no biometric appt.They are doing only for online applications.

I am planning to go to India for 45 days trip.My EAD Expires on Dec 19,2006.I have valid Advance parole till July 2007.I applied for EAD extension on Nov 1st paper filed.I am expecting to approve EAD Jan 07.I am planning to return by Jan 1st.Is it safe to go to India..

485/140--dec 2004.
140-AD july 2005.

EAD Expiring Course of action?

Hi All,


I applied my EAD renewal on OCT 13th, Current one expires on Dec 18th, What is the course of action i should take if it doesnt get approved by then.
I applied only 60 days in advance instead of 90 days and thats what is bothering me.
Any inputs appreciated.

Saw a LUD this morning too, without message change.

Apllied on Sep 15, e-file, NSC, renewal, went to biometrics on 10.10.2006
