I applied on Sept 19th.. No news yet. Expiring on Dec 6th.. Not sure what we can do.. Will check with Attorney whether we can convert a request for premum for the existing application..

Hey Jayjo,
I am going to send email to my attorney to see whether Premium Processing is there or not for EAD? If so can I can convert the current one to PP. I can give you an answer only in the evening. I don't have much access to browse internet when I am in office.

LUD changes

Hi,

I submitted 485 applications for myself, wife, and son, with RD 7/13/06 at NSC. FPs were done on 8/4/06 and LUDs were updated on 8/7/06. Then the LUDs stayed for a long time.

Recently, I submitted EAD applications for myself and wife. USPS shows NSC received EAD applications on 10/26/06, so I was monitoring my LUDs intensively.

Yesterday (10/30/06) morning, I noticed LUDs for myself and wife got updated to 10/30/06. But my son's was still on 8/7/06. Then, by noon time, my son's also became 10/30/06.

This morning, all our LUDs changed again to 10/31/06.

Anyone has the same observations before. What do these LUDs mean?

Guys,

My RD is Aug 4th and got my EAD/AP approved. My wife's EAd/AP was having the LUD of 8/12, which is the date of mass updates for every one.

Should I be concerned about this? How can I enquire about this?

It looks like couple of our friends got approvals of EADs in 56 days.

Hello All,

when one should expect for EAD from NSC with receipt date of Sep 15th and notice date of Oct9th..... Thanks in advance
 
my husbands' receipt date was 9/05 and got an email notifying him that his 765 was approved just today. - but he never went to an FP appointment.
his details:
receipt date - 9/05
notice date - 10/05
LUD before today - 10/05

ps.. i did online filing to NSC on oct 11 and my application was moved to MSC. got my FP on Nov 1, LUD 11/02.

I applied on Sep 25th however RD says first week of Oct and there was just 1 LUD ( the day check were cleared) . Normally i used to get approval in 20 - 25 days but its more than 40 days and nothing so far. From what i see it takes around 60 - 70 days to get EAD approve. mine is expiring in second week of Jan and i am going to India during same. I hope I get my EAD or I have to make infopass appt. and may be change my plans for india trip.
 
Mine is expiring on Dec 1st. Applied on Sept 20 RD Sep 21
I have taken infopass for Nov 17. If I take a letter from Employer
requesting IEAD will it help?

As per I-9 one can work with Receipt notice, not sure if that applies for if you are already in the job
 
hi pratham, how could you as for Iead if you have not waited for 90 days???? my wife already has a job and we applied for ead on sep15th still waiting.....

I am just going to take a chance. My 90 Day wait will be over on Dec 22
But the EAD expires on Dec 1st. Employer is a big corporation.
May not allow to work without renewal
