I’m not aware that is something any lawyer can guarantee, and I’ve been monitoring this process long enough for me to know what I’m saying. If you have a lawyer that says they can do that, then make sure you obtain that in writing from them.Stay in touch with the local USCIS office when they call me for an interview so that they expedite me and schedule an interview no later than the end of September 2024.
So if paying someone to fill out your forms (after you’ve gathered all the required documents and provided it to them), and mail in your application on your behalf makes you feel better about your approval chances, then by all means go ahead and hire a local immigration lawyer of your choice.
This forum is a DIY, majority of the folks going through the DV based AOS process are doing so without the involvement of an immigration lawyer.
