DV 2024 AOS (Adjustment of Status) Process Only

can i anyone let me know if my status in online account will anyhow change after biometrics. Currently it is “case received “. I did my bio walk in today…
 
Hello Mom and fellow AOSers,

Glad to report that our case got approved today. The case status shows that the "Case was approved" for both of us.

I will wait until June 1 as they say in the online status portal for the approval notice, and some more for the physical card.

Once again, thanks Mom for all your help, wasnt possible without you (else without a lawyer).

Can you please clarify to whom should be payable (who is the receiver) cashier’s check with 330$ DV fee payment (adjustment of status inside US)?
No info found about that in the AOS Process Spreadsheet.
U.S. Department of State?
U.S. Department of Homeland Security?

And what the sending option better to choose (USPS Priority mail / First class mail / so on)?

U. S. Department of State - the information is on the payment form itself.

One more question: Do I need to pay something additionally (if so, then how much in what form, and to whom) if I want to attach I-134 (Declaration Of Fin support) to AOS package in order to make package more reliable

Yes your status should change to "Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken" Maybe it needs sometime to update in their system, I think my status changed the next day or so.
 
Hi mom

I just saw that the immigration office updated the I-485 form, but they are only requiring the latest version to be used starting from June 3rd. I already sent out my AOS package using the old version of the I-485 form. Do you think this will affect my application?

“Starting June 3, 2024, we will accept only the 04/01/24 edition. Until then, you can also use the 02/21/23 and 12/23/22 editions”.

Could some one please confirm that we have to:
1. send in mail i.e through. UPS or Fedex a money order or cashiers check
2. To following address to pay the administrative fees $330:

Diversity Visa Program
P.O. Box 979079
St. Louis, Missouri 63197-9000

Does this mean that if I submit the old version, I won't receive an RFE even my current date is in June? I believe my AOS has been received because I received the fingerprint notice. However, the problem is that I haven't received my NOA letter, but I did receive a message from USCIS.

My second question is could you please tell me if my case is now with my FO?

1. Your current date/month is irrelevant to the version of the form used. If you already received the acceptance notification message, it means your package has been accepted. Your NOA should eventually show up soon enough.
2. Maybe.

AFAIK, as a courier company, FedEx does not make deliveries to P.O.Boxes.
