You’re not expected to submit an I-134 for your wife. However, you both may be required to submit an I-134 provided by a third party if your income is deemed insufficient for demonstrating financial self-sufficiency.Another question regarding I-134 - my wife is a winner, F2, Unemployed. I work and we live for my money. Do I really need to provide her sponsorship letter or just bank staement under my name is enough? We are applying all together.
Access granted. How do I get access to fill the timeline spreadsheet? I requested the edit access but it is still not allowing me to.
Thank you for your response. I added my case to the timeline sheet. Looking forward to a response. You'll need to add your case to the 2024 Timeline spreadsheet to give us better insight into your case processing which will in turn enable us provide you with an applicable response.
Your FO information is missing, please add it.Thank you for your response. I added my case to the timeline sheet. Looking forward to a response.
I just updated the information.Your FO information is missing, please add it.
Texted you in a separate convo!Maybe a long shot, but can GZ on the spreadsheet reach out to me? We're current in the same month as both F1's, would be a good idea to keep in touch regarding the process!
When I went to USCIS @ ‘case outside processing time’ this is the e-mail I got after filling out all the fields there, as a confirmation that my inquiry got to USCIS.Dear Sm1smom and fellow AOSers, maybe someone was in the same situation or can have a possible explanation.
I've called USCIS few days ago about my case to see if it's not lost/forgotten etc (no updates since bio reused for 127 days now), my question was to be forwarded to the tier 2 officer and I was expecting a call or email in the nearest 30 days. Which I received an email the next day with my case number saying that they see that you applied on approx January 8th and your case "is pending and is within our current processing time". following with the link to the page where you can check their processing times that don't include info on DV cases sadly.
Anyway, fast forward to right now. Im getting a text from USCIS saying there is an email. I check email and it looks like it's a reply that they will get back to me with the reply within 30 days (attaching the screenshot). BUT! The receipt number of inquiry is different from the one I've made and the date shows as if I was inquiring today..... I didn't. Now, I'm worried if someone else did the new inquiry... (we don't have a lawyer and we didn't reach out today, we didn't ask for any help from congresswoman etc). What that could be? Maybe someone else had a similar situation?
P.S. just realised the date of the inquiry is not today, but a month ago. Still, we didn't make that inquiry.
Do you think its just a mistake and there is nothing to worry about?

Thank you. I was going to use it if I have to at some point. Did you wait for 6 months before filling outside of processing time inquiry? When I went to USCIS @ ‘case outside processing time’ this is the e-mail I got after filling out all the fields there, as a confirmation that my inquiry got to USCIS.
Maybe you want to do one on the website and not by phone?
Yes I did. We also started the congressional inquiry about 5 month thruThank you. I was going to use it if I have to at some point. Did you wait for 6 months before filling outside of processing time inquiry?
The good news is your FO has already approved a couple of cases without being scheduled for an interview, so yours will probably be approved without an interview also. However, I see one case filed a couple of weeks after yours that has already been approved, while yours is still pending. This makes me feel your FO may still be waiting for your background check to clear. So I’ll say give it about two more weeks at least to see if any update comes through for now.Hi everyone,
I did my biometrics visit on March 20 and my case status hasn't changed since then (Dallas FO). My question is, should I start a congressional inquiry or is it too early for that? How long should I wait before I should start a congressional inquiry?
Thanks!
It’s fine.Hi Mom,
I sent my package of I-485, but I just realized that I forgot to write on the envelope that the envelope contains I-485, I just wrote "attn: AOS", on my envelope. I have a cover letter inside the envelope. Is that ok?
The frontline agent you spoke/chatted with probably submitted the inquiry on your behalf.Dear Sm1smom and fellow AOSers, maybe someone was in the same situation or can have a possible explanation.

The NOA is for the applicant’s personal records, it does not have anything to do with the bio. So the ASC agents do not ask or say anything about the NOA.I was just there today doing my biometrics. They didnt ask about noa at all…
