DV 2023 AOS (Adjustment of Status) Only

My response re mirroring the selectee's is with regards to the "forms" (which I clearly called out in my post) - you wanted to know if an I-130 was required.

For simplicity sake, just follow the "spouse package" as shown on the spreadsheet please, regardless of when the selectee and the derivative spouse got married.

Bad choice of words. You are right, I first though forms, then it spiraled to evidence too.

Hi Mom. I got the text message yesterday from USCIS. I received 4 receipt number ; While I checked on USCIS check my Status online it shows 2 receipts were for 2 different fingerprints fees and another 2 receipt were for I-131 Travel Document I believe I received the receipt for my dependent as well in my cell number since she didn’t get any text.



And I have a important question, for my dependent who is in H1B visa and working . Will it matter if her salary rise or if she add different position in same company while our AOS package is pending. Really Appreciate your help

1. Only one person receives all the text or email notifications.
2. No impact to the pending AOS application.
 
Hello, I have a question on i-485 employment history - in one of the previous employer I was first working part time using CPT and then full time using OPT. Is it needed to list the part time / full time periods separately?

I hope this is the right platform to raise my issue

1. I am a parmanent resident and applying for my spouse to join me and wondering if the form I-130A is filled through my online USCIS a count. Or w we rather download the form, fill it in black ink and attach it as any document

3. Regarding financial support, do I use form I-864 as an affidavit of support or we use form I-134
