I’m sorry I cannot expend additional effort on congressional websites to check/confirm the information they’ve provided. Do you realize the amount of effort it will take for me to check this for all other DV based AOSers? Just follow whatever instructions they’ve provided you with on their website.
Ok, my bad. How do they respond back to us? By mail?
In my case they responded back with email acknowledging my request. After i week i called them and enquired about my request. They said someone has been assigned to follow up on my case with uscis. After couple days I received an email from congressman saying I will be getting something within 14 days if not contact them back. Within a week or so I received my IL and i emailed them back for their help and support.
What documents did you upload in the form?
As far as I remember I uploaded my 2NL and explained them about time sensitive DV category.

Exercise more PATIENCE - that is the only advice I can offer.

It's my entry. Through, we didn't get any updates after the fingerprints were taken. We did request assistance from the Senator's office and the response from USCIS (end of July) was that the "case is currently being reviewed by an Officer."
Congrats! Could you please tell us what reason you used to request an expedite?
I see some people's requests got denied. It would be helpful a lot for other AOSers. Thank you.
Thank you for replying. I also received the same reply from the congressman's office. I don't know why the Providence office is taking so long. I am especially worried because of the visa cap; it's almost the end of the fiscal year.

I got the message from USCIS about the acceptance of my file and fee with a uscis number . but it said that I they sent a letter for instruction .
but I haven't received the NOA letter

Ok. In that case, just be patient till the end of the week at least. The I-797 NOA should hopefully show up by then.

I just chatted with Emma. I typed "INFOPASS" and then "Make an appointment with Tier 2 agent" but got generic information about biometrics. I then requested to speak to a live chat agent and asked for a Tier 2 agent. The Tier 1 agent asked me: "What is the reason for requesting a Tier 2 officer?" and after I explained that is because I'm still waiting for my biometrics letter, this was the answer: "Unfortunately , we cannot schedule an appointment for the reasons provided. Biometrics appointments are scheduled at this discretion of the USCIS office. Please continue to wait for an ASC Appointment Notice or you may receive Form I-797, Notice of Action from USCIS indicating that your previously collected biometrics may be reused."
