DV 2023 AOS (Adjustment of Status) Only

Hello Mom and everyone,

On USCIS page of instructions for form I-134, it is written like this:Screenshot from 2023-06-23 18-33-10.png
It looks like along with providing the information about my assets, I should also show proof of those assets. Does it mean that I have to include my proof of assets like bank-statement, stocks, and bonds statements?
My I-485 form already has those financial documents of mine. Should I include them again here too?
I thought that the form I-134 should only include the financial documents of the sponsor. Please correct me if I am wrong.

You can but you do not have to, not necessary IMO.

In Form I-765 - Part 2 there is a question about the eligibility category to which I belongs. Is it (c)(9)? My immigration status is F1 student.

Yeah, right.
It's been 44 days since I responded to an RFE. They keep telling me to wait at least 60 days after the submission. #Chicago FO
 
If we write sponsor's spouse name and how much they make in a year in the financial information of sponsor section i134 form, do we need to provide sponsor's spouse financial document like payslips? In the tax form, they have filed joint taxes.

I was so sure I'd seen this before but wanted to clarify as I can't find it. On the I-134 Part 2. Question 12 Beneficiary's Anticipated Length of Stay, I think I read you should put the month your number became current not when you actually got here. Is that correct?

1. AOS - Adjustment of Status (option available for selectees already based in the US).
2. CP - Consular Processing (option for selectees not based in the US to process their selection through a US embassy).

Your daughter will need to apply for a replacement SSN by visiting her nearest SSA office with an ID and her GC. I’m assuming your daughter had a SSN issued while on F1, hence my reference to a replacement card.

Proof of legal status as of the time I submitted the application. I believe they lost my I20s or something. So they requested for my I20s and I94.

They requested for the proof of dv payment for dos , sure
 
Hello Simum,
We received Green card three of us, me, husband and younger daughter but didn’t receive older daughter’s card. Her status is also not changed to card being produced, card send in mail or finger print received. However, we do received her 485 approval letter. What might be happen? Do we get her card? How long might they take and we need to wait? if not we need to contact USCIS rt?
