DV 2023 AOS (Adjustment of Status) Only

No updates. Emma isn't helpful at all. I've been getting conflicted information. I haven't heard back from Congressman either. Emma keeps telling me to wait but biometrics were done over two months ago.

I used the tracking number provided by the USPS Office. The USPS tracking page shows me the tracking history. The money orders was:
Available for Pickup
SAINT LOUIS
1720 MARKET ST RM 3025
SAINT LOUIS MO 63155-9997
and then
Delivered, PO Box
SAINT LOUIS, MO 63166
I also followed the status the status of the money order and it shows me that has been cashed. I went to the USPS Office and they said I need to call the Missouri USPS Office to find out who cashed the money or the U.S. Department of State directly.

The zip code should be 63197 , the package delivered to wrong address. And I’m pretty sure there is someone stole ur money order and cashed it , now you have to send another package to department of state.

@Erickkkkk could you please stop reply? The USPS Office doesn't know what happened, so how do you know? You are not helping at all and you don't even know how it works because if my my money order was stolen (which is not certain at the moment!) I have to open an inquiry.
@Sm1smom I would appreciate a reply from you instead.

There is no P.O. Box number listed in what you posted above, only the zip code which obviously is not the correct zip code. Are you sure you used the correct address (both P.O. Box number and zip code) on the envelope you handed over to USPS? If you did, and you have proof of it, you need to go back to them and ask them to explain why the envelope was developed to an address you did not list on your mailing envelope. In the interim, you should consider buying and mailing out a new payment, and ensure you send it to the correct address shown in the below link.

The link in your email has been deleted as it is not from an official source. The link from an official source is preferable (especially when one exists).
 
When putting the AOS package together, does the I-485 form need to have a paper clip and placed inside one clear sleeve? Or is it best to have one page per clear sleeve? I hope that makes sense!
 
Mine is the same
Although I used the same zip code and the same address that was posted so I think it is just misunderstanding and I asked for my package to be signed and the money order was cashed

Honestly I would like to know what happened and in case ask for a refund before making a new payment. Because if it happens again what do I do? Do I keep spending $330 each time?

Okay. Maybe it did get delivered to the correct address considering only the addressee can actually cash the money order and @Othmanc recently confirmed their payment got delivered to the same address as yours. So you’ll just have to wait and see at this point.

Hopefully, it will be the correct address.
In case , I didn’t receive the receipt in time, is it ok to file my AOS package attached to it the money order confirmation and a scanned copy of the check that was sent?

I sent MO to KCC for two times via USPS, they cashed those were for second times after mailing them millions email, but the zip code was not the one that I see in your confirmation of delivery. The zip code should be 63197-9000
