DV 2023 AOS (Adjustment of Status) Only

Hello! I have been attending Summer Camp Exchange program few years ago twice and I got DS-2019 two times. However, I have lost those documents. Was there someone in the same situation? Is it crucial for sending the package?Also, from the AOS Spredsheet I have learned that I-612 is required. Have someone ever received that being in that program?

Hi mom/Blade, my attorney is suggesting to send out the corrected sealed I-693 copy to the "service center that is processing the AOS" (will check if they mean NBC or LA FO) now and pre-emptively, while arranging for another sealed copy to take to the interview/respond to RFE if needed. They believe it will probably get lost and/or not added to my application, but no harm in trying.

In your experience is this worth doing, and is there in fact no harm in trying?

Disclosure: I had this attorney on retainer for a separate immigration matter and when I won DV continued with them as I had already paid, otherwise would've just followed the spreadsheet/advice here!

There’s probably no harm in doing that but it is not something I would do.

Hello mom,
In i-134 form, it is written to provide all the supporting documents in duplicate. Does it mean I have to send duplicate copy of all supporting financial documents with the AOS package now?

i just got message with receipt number of ( I-797C form ) should i just wait the mail . because when i check status online by receipt number show me that ( we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXXX. Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice.)
is that the (Notice of Action )

Unexpectedly received my IL today from the LA FO so I guess my question became somewhat moot overnight.

I didn't think it would be this soon given others' timeline experiences with the LA FO and my submitting recently only - it's scheduled two weeks from today too. Hope this means movement for everyone else at this FO
 
@bluebird99 @JULIA-GLOWS Hi There, as LA FO applicants did your USCIS case status update before/same time/after you received the interview letter. We became CN in February and had the finger prints March 16 so before @bluebird99 going by the timeline. We haven't heard anything since the fingerprints. Just wanting to make sure we don't miss anything. Cheers

I accidentally reported your comment instead of replying gosh sorry. But no, I haven't received the status change since biometrics were taken. Single (1) applicant here if that means anything.

LOL - no problem. Yes, we're single applicant also. It's my daughter actually. She should be a straight forward case.

You can safely ignore that instruction.

@tripleq @DIESEL1337 looks like we have the same FO. Mine has just been over a month that my BIO has been waived and haven’t seen any updates on my case. I enquired with Emma over the chat to check if there’s any update but as per Emma I just have to be patient and wait for the IL. Just wondering what follow up methods are you guys using. Thanks
