DV 2023 AOS (Adjustment of Status) Only

So I know the issue I called , I actually made mistake on actual dv application. And was selected as AZeri and didn’t know the country of birth considering. My letter states selectee AZeri and they said I am born in Uzbekistan and it is in Exception , so I guess my only option is to leave . Or speak to a lawyer what can be done . I don’t know to much but I was looking up I-601A waiver and then defile I-485 but don’t think it will work
Ouch! That sucks. Unfortunately AFAIK, I do not believe you’ll have enough time to get the I-601A processed and approved before the end of the FY. This seems a lost opportunity to me, but you can and should seek the opinion of an experienced immigration lawyer on this.

Hello SomeoneMom.
I have a question. Me and my wife applied for AOS for DV Lottery. We are on Asylum pending status.
All AOS Package we sent with Medical Exam and Financial Support I-134. Today we received an Interview Letter and they asking us to bring medical exam, Financial support, school diploma, birth certificate and NOA Letter does KCC. Do we need to take a Medical Exam again and bring new I-134 form?
Or just a copies that we sent?

Sincerely, Volodymyr

Can you please explain what she exactly meant?

If the letter does not say "Request For Evidence", and it is an interview letter, then this is a general interview letter. If you already provided the material, and the forms you filled were valid, you don't need to do them again. Nonetheless, you should always consider taking a copy of all submitted documents along.

PS "Asylum pending" is not an status.

You should use your country of birth as "Foreign State Chargeability". This resulted in denial. The applicant was out of status as of March 4th, but could have stayed in US until adjudication of the AOS application.

I’m sorry , I feel bad for her.

Attend your interview with copies of all the previously submitted documents. And any other documents you think you might need.

Does that mean she put a wrong country of birth in the first dv entry ?

Wrong "country of eligibility for the DV program". You should normally use your country of birth as the "country of eligibility for the DV program". There are exceptions if your country of birth is not eligible for DV program. In this case, Uzbekistan is eligible and should have been selected instead of Azerbaijan (I guess country of citizenship in their case). There is at least one such case here each FA.

I did a mistake in the first entry , in middle name section (passport information)I didn’t put my full middle name, my name on passport like that ,(A): first name : , (B) (C) : middle name ,(D) :last name
I put my name in first entry like that : (A) :first name, (B) middle name, (D) : last name
I didn’t mention (C) the others part of my middle name , but i put my full name on AOS form, does that lead to deny my case like her?

Is your mistake on the I485 form or the initial DV lottery entry form?

Dv entry.
1. Country of eligibility is basis for qualification, your name is not. A wrong country of eligibility is a more significant issue.
2. AFAIK, while in consular processing, officers are more sensitive to such mismatches, USCIS IOs are in general more lenient to these issues. Still, IO will act upon their discretion if they believe this was done on purpose to submit multiple DV entries.

I know a lot of winners in my country they didn’t mention the full middle name as passport and the CP approved their cases.

Hello,
The doctor's office called me today to update me about my blood test result. They said that everything is fine but I need to get a td shot in a pharmacy and bring the proof to the office and that I was positive to the tb and that I need to do a chest X-ray.
1. What's the cheapest way to get this shot done.
2. How serious is the tb? Could I be inadmissible if the X-ray results comes up positive?
