The receipt number began with IOE or MCS

I just tried entering that on I-765, but it shows an error: "Please enter 12 characters USCIS account number". There are 10 digits after "IOE" on my profile. I can enter it on I-485 without error though.

You have to enter the whole number with IOE
But then it is 13 characters with IOE. There is space for 12 characters.

That is not your USCIS A/C number, that is the receipt # for your previously filed I-765. Stop stressing needlessly if you don’t know what the a/c number is, you can leave that section of your forms blank.

Yesterday I got two tickets the first one is DRIVING TOO FAST FOR CONDITIONS, OR FAILURE TO REDUCE SPEED TO AVOID AN ACCIDENT and second one following too closely , and these tickets considered as petty offenses in my state, does these tickets affect on my green card process ?

They shouldn’t impact it. However if you get called for an interview, you’ll need to change your response to YES when the asks the YES or NO questions when it gets to the have you ever been cited question.

Hi mom,
As you know I sent MO for second times and today after 11 days they did not cash 2nd set of money orders and also after more than 9 weeks first set of MO was not cashed, they asked me for the proof and I emailed them the copy of all money orders and proof of deliveries for three times but no response.
Kindly please let me know is there any issue if I file AOS package with the copy of MO which I paid instead of receipt?

You can go ahead and mail your package with copies of your MO. If there’s an issue later one, you’ll get issued with a RFE with regards to the payment - that issue can be addressed if/when you get to that stage.

I got my first notification letter yesterday, with a fairly high number for Oceania - low 4000's. I am currently in the US on an E3 visa flying internationally for an airline. So the longer the processing takes the longer the time off from work I need. Would you recommend waiting til the very end of the period to assure that I'll have the shortest wait time whilst processing my AOS?

Are you a DV 2014 selectee? If yes, I recommend you start by going through the first post on page one of the DV 2024 AOS thread, take a look at the referenced AOS Process Spreadsheet to enhance your understanding of the steps involved with processing AOS, then post subsequent questions on that thread.
Meanwhile to address your immediate question here, waiting till the very end will not guarantee you have the shortest wait time. It may actually backfire as a matter of fact, the possibility of visas running out cannot be overlooked. You undergoing a prolonged background check which does not get resolved before the end of the FY is also another possibility. IMO, the sooner you file when you become eligible, the better, yes there may be a work related trade-off with doing that, that is a trade-off I would be willing to take if this was my case.
We had interview on may 3 ,2023 Europe 26k case was current on march send document in February recieved fingerprint for march 31 all was good . Attended interview everything went well . Officer said 95% I will approve this case within a week and 5% if any documents missing I will send request for evidence. I had even I-134 completed from us citizen son , even showed money in bank account . We were happy and left interview . So I was keep checking my case status online everyday since may 3 . Today my case was updated to denied I am so shocked . Trying to calm and wait for letter and see the reason . I never had any overstay or anything illegal here in us . I am still so depressed

Is it possible that the case has been denied due to early filing? I can see that It happened in the past

I am so sorry to learn that. Don't lose hope, just wait until receiving the letter, if it's due to something you can correct, you may refile maybe

Oh no! So sorry to learn of this denial. Do keep us posted of what the denial is based on when you receive the decision notice - the case may still be salvageable depending on the denial reason.
