I know, Mom. I really trust your years of experience and knowledge on this matter. One thing that I am wondering is that why they just don’t straight forward tell me that your case is under extensive review as they tell other people. They even went ahead and expedited my request. Instead of that they could just say that your case is under admin processing.

They send me back everything. I need to submit again because of wrong amount.

Did you include the medical report with your initial package and that medical report was not included with the returned package?

They usually open it when they return it and you can use the returned one with a copy of their return notice. Now, you can ask for a sealed copy from the CS office. The one I worked with had a $25 fee for that.

Okay, they probably misplaced it and forgot to include it with the rest of your package. In that case, approach your CS and request for another sealed copy. Your CS may charge you a token fee in order to provide it though. Include the sealed copy with your package when you send it back.

Hi, I'm trying to find my USCIS Account Number to put on I-485 and I-765. I have an account but not sure how to find the account number. I have a closed case of "I-765 Application for Employment Authorization" when I login to my account on myaccount.uscis.gov. It shows "Receipt # IOE..." with 10 digits after IOE. Is that the account number? If not, where can I find it? Thanks
