Have you checked timeline entries for your FO?Hi everybody. When is a prudential time to start a congressional inquiry after the interview? One month after?
Thanks!

5 days is not a clincher. I would give it a couple more weeks. BTW, you can't necessarily draw a conclusion solely based on the number of days. 18 days in September is different from 18 days in December. For that, also look at the previous years, and compare to people who filled at the same time as you did and see when they got their IL.Yes, I am 5 days behind. It took 18 days for the other cases.
Add your case to the 2022 Timeline Spreadsheet to give us a better insight as to what may be the issue with your case.Hi,
Attended bio on 05/09. Since then, no updates ("Fingerprints taken").
Initiated expedited processing (humanitarian reasons) and received a response: "We received your request to expedite processing. However, action has already been taken on your case."
How to interpret it? (Called the USCIS already, and they could not explain. The case is still with NBC).
They can also use US postal service. That's up to IO's discretion. There has definitely been cases where IO has called people (not necessarily for RFE, but in general).@Sm1smom hello, when I hear people say FO asked for RFE etc, does the FO reach out to us by email or phone? I hope it is by email
Thank you

Yes, congratulations!!Hello everybody, so I had my bio appointment on 07/18 (Monday), yesterday my case was updated to 'Fingerprints were taken'. Today my case was updated to 'New Card Is Being Produced', does this mean that my interview is getting waived?
Yes, congratulations!!
Which FO btw?
Do add your timeline to the Timeline spreadsheet to help other selectees benefit from your info.I'm in Dallas FO and that is one of the reasons I was confused, this seems to be the first interview they waive in the last couple of years at least, apparently they followed San Antonio's steps
Nothing that you can do at this point. Just make sure to update the information at the beginning of your interview. It's better to correct mistakes and inconsistencies before IO asks you.Hi all,
I posted my AOS to Chicago lockbox yesterday. I realised I only filled out four years of previous addresses instead of five. Is this a big mistake? I'm worried this will end up in an RFE. Is there anything I can do in the meantime to update the info?
Thankyou for the advice.
Same. My Bio was back in December and still no interview from Brooklyn FO. At least we are all in the same boat.Hello guys. As I mentioned before I am from Brooklyn FO and still waiting for an interview notice. My Bio was back in February but I am aware that Brooklyn waits till the end of fiscal year to schedule interviews. I double check previous year and around this time of the year, Brooklyn folks started receiving their interview notices. I am patiently waiting still but started worrying maybe I should start congressional inquiry? I went through the recent posts and saw that someone else from Brooklyn tried congressional inquiry already but it wasn't successful. I would like to listen to someone's thoughts on it as well. Right now I plan to wait till August and if nothing change, start working on congressional inquiry
Thankyou for your reply. Is this enough to delay my application/interview through the USCIS requesting a RFE?Nothing that you can do at this point. Just make sure to update the information at the beginning of your interview. It's better to correct mistakes and inconsistencies before IO asks you.
