There is a part in I-20 as earliest admission date. That should be the start of stay. End date should be the date of I-20 expires.Hi all,

FYI Either way you have to fill that part according to new form? Is someone sponsoring you or are you sponsoring someone else?
Someone is sponsoring me. I have all my financial documents like the recent pay slips, w-2's, tax returns, and employment letter, but my bank statements don't really have much money on them as I spend most of my salary on bills. so I decided to with an affidavit of support.? Is someone sponsoring you or are you sponsoring someone else?

You're using the I-134 in support of your AOS application (an immigrant application), you have no end date as a LPR, so select the "No End Date" option. The I-20 end date will only be applicable if you were using the I-134 in support of a NIV application which is not the case with the AOS application.Hi all,

No, it should be the "No End Date" option. The I-134 is being filled out in support of OP's application as a permanent resident, not as a student. There is a part in I-20 as earliest admission date. That should be the start of stay. End date should be the date of I-20 expires.
Thanks for the update.Today our case status was updated to "Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed", hope it doesn't mean further delays.
Just curious - since my case hasn't been updating online, is there a chance I could just randomly receive my green card in the mail with no notification online? There really isn’t much you can do at this point except to remain patient and hopefully. Your current wait for an approval is not unusual. The frontline reps responding to calls are not able to see anything about having completed your interview or even being scheduled because your FO has not updated your online status to reflect that, which is not unusual for DV based AOS cases. You can save your time and yourself from what could be considered an unsettling or aggravating response by not calling them again for a status update for a while.
Yes that is possible, it has happened a couple of times in the past.Just curious - since my case hasn't been updating online, is there a chance I could just randomly receive my green card in the mail with no notification online?
Here & HereHello!
Congrats to everyone who was accepted by the DV lottery. I applied for the EB2-NIW and my case just got accepted. I want to fill in I-485 by myself. Just wondering, maybe someone here is familiar with my way particularly and can give me some advices?
Thank you in advance for your answers. Best, Irina
The FO set ups the interview no NBC. So the FO sends the notice. It is not weird, it the common notice letter.Hello @yadman I see your field office was in Fairfax. Was your interview notice letter sent by the Fairfax field office? I got a weird looking interview notice from this FO saying I should come in concerning an official matter. Reason for Appointment: Application to Register Permanent Resident, my biometrics was last Friday.
All interviews will be videotaped and recorded.
Has anyone received their interview notice from the field office instead of NBC?
Hi, it is almost the same. Just to include the PhD degree with translation and you have to include a letter testifying that you are going to still working in the field of your I140 petition.Hello!

You can if you like, but you honestly don’t need to IMO.Hi @Sm1smom, @SusieQQQ ,
I have a couple of differences between my DS260 and my I 485 forms, one of which is a misspell in my mother's name (on the DS 260).
The other a minor error in the DS 260. The I-485 is instead correct.
The interview for AOS is already scheduled in a few weeks.
Of course I have all supporting documentation.
Do you think I can ask KCC to unlock my DS so I can correct it?
Thank you
Thanks for the info. Is it ok to have a post mail box as the return address?Fingers crossed, it should be okay since it has already been delivered. I do remember 2 to 3 cases from the DV 2021 group who had a tough time with getting the payment receipt sent. @jewelmerit1995 was one of those who got bounced from pillar to post while other folks were getting back the payment receipt, this person subsequently sent in a new payment out of frustration. They got back the receipt for the second payment long before KCC eventually sent them the receipt for the first payment.
For those yet to send in this payment, highly recommend sticking to U.S. Department of State as the recipient
Yes.Thanks for the info. Is it ok to have a post mail box as the return address?
