my lawyer Informed me this that my case was forwarded to the Regional Department of Labor on December 15, 2003.

MY CASE MOVED TO PHILY

Hi Guys,
Just now i got info from my attorney..
my case moved to phily on DEC 15th 2003...

My case filed on Delaware Feb 21st 2003...

Got good news from my lawyer today. Case Moved to Phily
on 17 Dec.
Filed on 22 Feb '03

Nither Attorney nor employer is disclosing the salary that they had quoted.

But my employer said, they had similar query for some other person in our company. It was cleared on Nov 28 after responding to the query.

Well. For Dec we are seeing Quite good numbers of labours moved to Phili..

LC App cleared DE SESA

Finally I was given the good news by the lawyer.

My LC App was sent out to PA DOL.

Details are as given below.

Category :- EB2 RIR
DE SESA Date :- 01/15/2003
Wage related query on 10/24.
Wage related query replied on 11/28.
DE SESA clearance Date :- 12/15/2003

Could somebody pls update the tracker with the above information ?

Congrats for getting your Labor approval. Did u get ur case number by any chance?? Do you know how long will it take to get approved cases information in the Phily DOL automated message..
 
To ajilab

It is already a 7-8 working days now but I do not find a new Case Number against my employer in the AVM system at PA DOL. I was told it takes about 2-3 weeks before the lawyer gets a receipt back. It contains the case number assigned by PA DOL. The AVM might echo this information maybe a couple of days earlier.
