Delaware labor

Hi All,

My attroney told me my application was forwarded to Phil Dol
Last week. He mailed my application on Oct 25th 2002 to Delaware.

I check the status on AVM but the system is not updated as of today.

hey rkk2000 congrats boy, good luck in Philly DOL. I am not sure what is teh status of my application. Neither my lawyer has heard anything. i am just keeping my fingers crossed.
 
Another 10/21 approval.

I was just told that another employee's LC is approved from my Co couple of weeks ago. His was filed on 10/21/2003. Not sure about other details.

just now, I talked to Delaware labour department, She told that they are working on November.

Sorry Jem73 I am still waiting for the papers. I left a message with my attorney and expecting a reply back. will update as soon as i hear anything.
 
General question

Can we change the attorney after labor approval.
please post the implications if any body has the insight.

Hi Guys,

In my labor certified from delaware as well as philly dol.
I checked today in the voice mail is saying my case is certified from
Philly.

Filed in first week of october.

I posted previously that my labor was approved and transfered to philly

Mailed application to Delaware: Oct 25th
Attorney received notice- application transfered to Philly May 22nd
Philly receipt date in the system - May 27th
