December 2004 Concurrent filing

I was looking at the immigration watch today and seems like a series of lin numbers
starting with 05050 has been left out.....I dont know why I always get a raw deal.....

My 140/485 dates are 10/06/2004 EB3 and still waiting ...
 
Run the scanner

Can any one run the scanner for 12/22/2004?
I have the scanner but I can't change the security level to medium to run it.

Hello,

I am sorry to say this but that is the fact,Running the scanner for one particular date and identify all the I-140's filed on that day is not an easy task, to collect that info will take atleast two weeks as the website will block your IPaddress if you do more than 150 numbres per day, i don't think any one will run for you because of time it takes unless another 12/22/04 filer.

So please try to figure out to change the security level and try again

Sure I would....I have been looking at my email hell a lot of times to see whether I got approved. I also ran the scanner for the day and looks like around 8 were received and 3 were approved.

Hi Guys,
I just got an email and says they need more evidence. I think I will loose this case. I dont know how far my employer supports this as my last day is July 1st. Dont know what is the RFE yet. Just thought of letting you know.

Hi Sensat,

I did my first FP on 1/12/05. Then got another FP (Biometrics Code 3) for 5/12/05. I went on 5/12/05 also. After that my LUD for I485 changed to 5/13/05. Since then no change.

Hi,

Sorry for the error, I also had Code 2 on my second FP. Second time they took my photograph, digital signature and index finger mark. I guess that's what code 2 means.

On my first FP, they took FP of all fingers.
