Approval for August 2002

Hi,

First of all I thank all of you in the forums for their updates and info they provide. I am silent spectator but this forum has helped so much.

Wanted to let you all know that my labor got approved and also we have gotton approval for many other people in my company for pd of aug 2002.

So far I have known 4-5 approvals in my company.

The pd were between

aug 15- aug 28

and it was approved on May last week and we got the letter yesterday.

The 45 day letter was received on Feb 2nd week and replied by 18th

Let me know if you need any other info.

Look like one of the first cases being approved from MI (Chicago DOL)

All of the other approved labor from my company are also CA state with pd between Aug 15 - Aug 28th 2002

Labor Approved

All,
Finally my labor got approved after nearly 3 years of waiting and frustation. I got a call from my employer today. The approval was dated 26th June and recieved the letter today.

I thank every one in this forum for information/suggestions.

Good luck for all of you. I will keep coming back to this forum.

hi,

form which state he applied? is jan/feb 2003 his PD or RD? from which BEC he got his approval? is his case RIR? when he got his approval and how he kenw about it?
 
Hi evrybody
I have been a silent observer of this thread.I am now waiting for my labor approval from Dallas BEC after my attorney replied to the 45 day letter on 03/18/05. I have seen couple of postings which had PD later than september where labor was approved which is frustrating...I can now understand the frustration of people like icarus, zany...
Do I have a chance guys...?

Approvals are based on PD

You are right. Approvals should be based on PD and has nothing to do from where the case is forwarded. There might be some exceptions here and there as always.

We already got the first approval posted, from PD Nov01, State: MI.
