Guys,

please dont send fake e-mails asking for a proof for 7Yr. H1-B extensions to check your case status. This may clog the email response system and can delay the email response for those who really needs the response to file their 7th yr. extension.

I hope we all understand that BECs have limited resources and by sending fake 7th yr. H1B-extension proof emails, we'll only hurt some of us who need quick response to file their 7th yr. extensions.

If some data fields for your record are incomplete in the spreadsheet, please post updates in the "BEC Priority Date Tracker" and JustWatching will update them. We will get a lot more meaningful information from the reports if we have very accurate and complete data.

I got a reply from the Dallas Processing center in a day...

Case Satus shows to be CERTIFIED!!!!!!! The screen dump that they sent is not very clear, however it is readable.
I haven't received the letter form them though. What should I assume???

I got my approval letter from Dallas BEC yesterday.

PD 08/12/2002
RD 06/30/2003
CA EB3 RIR

The letter was dated 06/07 but got to the lawyer on 07/14.

Good luck to all of you waiting for the labor. The way cases are moving at BEC, it won't be very long now.
