JusWathcing, Congrats on getting approved but are you sure you never received 45 day letter? Could you confirm with your attorney/employer?

Hello everyone,

Procedure that workd for re opening the closed case

Attn : VSaxena & rest_2004_free

My closed case was reopened at Dallas BEC . It took one month for reopening and the attorny asked for screen shot for filing H1B.


My attorney followed few things .
1. Sent a employer petion for reinstating the case + affidavit ( from both employer and attorny that they did not recv 45 day letter)
2. Sent email to crystal williams
3. Weekly phone calls to DBEC to reinstate the case

For ALL Who Received Hard Copy from Dallas

Quick question I the labor certification received the hard copy last Saturday 10/01/05 but my Lawyer has not yet received the Papers yet.
For those who have similar situation please tell me:
Did your lawyer received the Papers on the same day when you got them?

IT TAKES 100 CALLS FOR THE LAWYER TO ANSWER OUR DOUBTS AND TO EVEN TELL THEY GOT 45 DAY LETTER IN OUR CASES.FORGET ABOUT THE APPROVAL .DONT WE COME TO KNOW IF WE GET THE 45 DAY LETTER IN OUR CASES LIKE A E-MAIL FROM BEC OR SOMETHING OR JUST THE LAWYER GETS THE LETTER? :confused:

Someone from his HR could very quietly respond to 45 day letter and forgot to inform him or did it on purpose.

My Lawyer got back to me saying that it wouldn't matter what the Case Source is after replying to the 45 day letter since there are only two queues RIR and TR, after that. And she should be hearing soon from BEC

My comapany had responded 45 day letter on Aug 31st 2005.

As I remember at the and of May or beginning of June several SWA people from Indiana got 45 day letter. I believe they have responded to them.

Indiana SWA had the oldest PD (2002 or even 2001) , and I did not see any approvals for SWA people.

I think SWA will not see any approvals until June 2006. Based on my estimation DBEC should clear all regional cases by June 2006.

The excel database was created and handled by JustWatching.
The approval got JusWatching. As I understand they are different people

My employer received and responded to 45 Days letter in end Feb'05. He did send me a copy of 45 days letter.

Reached Chicago Region: Jul '04
Case status of last month: RIR
Expected LCA: hopefully before end of this life. :( :mad:
