My case was entered their database on July 5th (D-05186-XXXX) has status Data Review. And payment, prevailing wage, business activities are missing, no 45 days letter. And you want to say that I moved further than people who has RIR/TR in case status and filled other fields ?
I do not think that is logically right.

vsaxena said:I really don’t agree with your sequence of events because I found lots of cases with status “RIR” have priority date in 2003 or 2004.

To me it looks like that the following sequence is correct.
#1
Incomplete
#2
RIR/TR: Get this status as soon as the 2nd level or wages related review is done.
#3
Data Review: Assigned this status when analyst pick you case for review for sufficiency
#4
Final Review
#5
Certified
Please don’t take it otherwise; everybody is trying to make some sort of order out of the hell.
thanks,
