CSC August 2005 Filing I-140 Tracking

Really seeing some progress from CSC starting this year.

I had the same situation as yours. Today it had a LUD on my I-140 without any change in the message. Wish I am as lucky as yours. Praying for ...

It looks that CSC is really going to process our cases now.

Just checked the account. Had a LUD this late afternoon. Checked with attorney yesterday, no news yet. He will contact me right away if something comes up. He said he has been sending e-mails and all he got is that the dates have not reached the ND yet!

Congratulation gp111. Will we seeing you around in this forum again or you will be moving to another forum? Please let us know if there is another forum you will be attending regularly.

Sanatima, L1A24, J20022005, Sanliergun, and doubleforest, if you guys are around could you update us on your 140 please? Thanks.

Just now (01/19)I got a LUD on I140 with no message change . I hope it means good news is around . will update as i find out

Never late to congratulate you - good luck man - you have been the harbinger of good news for a long time so hoping for the best. Doesnt look like the auto email thing is working so I am gonna check on the USCIS site and stay connected with my lawyer :)
 
Iam guessing the I140 processing dates with CSC moved to "around August 15th to 20th". Lets confirm the same in a couple of days with USCIS Service Center Processing Time Report. It is due to be published in a day or two.

Another good news.

I just checked my on line status, my I140 was approved on 1/19/2006.

CSC is really going to do something now. Let us wait for more good news and hope a big progress from I485.

I-140 Approved & FP scheduled

LUD for I-140 changed 2 times on 1/11 and 1/12 but still showing old status, but attorney informed that they have received approval notice on 1/18.

I also have received FP notice and scheduled for 1/24/06.

Here is updated tracker sheet.

Congratulations to those who got 140 approvals. Had a message change today saying that the case has been approved yesterday and the approval has been mailed. Updated the spreadsheet.

140 got approved finally . Online status changed today to reflect actual approval .Approval has ben mailed yesterday ...

My lawyer told yesterday that he has received the receipt notice yesterday after a long wait. (sent it on Dec 23rd.). Have you got yours yet?

When did you receive FP Notice ? I mean after 1/12 or before that ? Just checking cause I have not received till date.

Many congratulations to all the people in the forum who have got their I-140 approved in the last two days ( Good news rightly triggerred by GP111 as he is an extremely key member of this forum ).

I have not yet received my I-140 filing notice. Lawyer spoke to CSC recently but confirmed that they have the I-140 application with them but have not yet entered into the system ( Can you believe it!!!.). To tell you the truth Lady UN-LUCK is smiling upon me in all her glory.. :(

Is there a way to find out the name check and FBI clearance got completed on the application?I completed my finger printing on oct'05.

In the Excel spreadsheet provided in this forum, I see that myslm's I-140 case has been approved which has a RD of 8/30. Does that mean all cases prior to that has been atleast looked at if not decided due to RFEs or whatever. If not, is INS picking up the cases randomly because I haven't seen anyone in this forum being approved who has a RD from 8/16 - 8/29. On the other hand, there are plenty of people whose RD/ND is prior to 8/30 yet there cases are still pending? Is there any other criteria other than the RD/ND which influences when those cases are processed by INS?

Would someone please clarify this for me?
