CSC August 2005 Filing I-140 Tracking

I-140 Approved

After long time sharing some good news.

My I-140 got approved on Jan 12, 2006 & Attorney received it today. Online status had LUD chaned without message update on 01/12/06.. Still says I-140 was received on blah blah blah..

updated the tracker.

very nervious now

My case is EB1-b (OR), concurrent filing.
I-140 RD 8/1/05 ND 8/3/05 LUD 9/6/05

I am checking the status 10 times per day, very anxious now.

guys check lud and with attorney, same thing happened with my friend , lud got updated, but no message change with 140 approval
he found out from attorney

Congrats gp111. I have a question. I submittted my I140/485 on Dec 23rd. Have'nt got the receipt yet. Now say, if I receive my WAC # Jan 25th, what will my priority date for I140/485 be? Will it be Dec 23rd OR Jan 25th? :-(

According to the www.immigrationwatch.com the latest 140 case CSC touched is WAC052335**** with RD of 08/24/05. Not sure how old that data is though.

Thats a good news. Forget the LUD stuff. As I said before, I think they are not upding LUD messages promptly. There are even some cases that crossed my eye, like cases are getting approved, with out any LUD change (either date, or message). Hopefully, CSC would jump into September cases pretty soon. There are lot many guys waiting !

I guess they are now looking into cases filed in the middle of August. I think we will see the same thing in the service centers "processing times" report, due in a day or two. But, still CSC is very slow compared to all other service centers. Not sure what makes them slow.

Your PD (in EB2/3 LC type Cases) is date your LC received at SWA/Localoffice/PERM Service Center.

Your ND will be the date when they issue receipt of I-140/485

Congrats GP111. It's been a long time. My PD is in Sept. So, hopefully I will get in 1 to 2months down the line.

yup Nothing today from lawyers
I think dates have gone till august3rd so far with random approvals after that atleast for eb2 -i140
