Radd/dbins01 et al,
I presume that the LUD chnages on 485 in a couple of days after the fingerprinting, does the msg also chnage ? If yes, could you please let me know what it changes to?

same here...I think it goes to the law firm first..and they pass it on to the employers...I will give it a week and ping them ina next few days...

this anxiety is killing ....and driving me nuts....

Cool down man... :) .. Do some yoga or meditate.. not worth getting anxious for such matters.. Also meditation is good for health..

Anyway.. I did not use a lawyer to file. The famous UN did my paperwork.. he was moving offices and only my employer's name is on the application.. so technically, it should go to my employer.

same as dbins.. no change in message.. only the dates moved. My FP was on 04/20. There was a LUD on 21st and another on the 25th..

Confused

Radd, do you mean that even the EAD cards go to the attorneys first? I dont think that is the case?

I'm not sure but I don't think so either. They would get the approval notice. And you would get a copy of notice as well as the card.. Just my guess.

In my LC case, attorney got the approal letter as well as the approved LC. Co and myself got a copy of letter.. So i'm guessing it would work similarly.. but you get the card.. as it's yours.. hope it makes sense!!!

good to see u here.. When was your FP? dbins & myself too got the LUD on I140... the LUD for the EAD had a message change right? Abt the approval notice being sent? For me, Sat was abt card being ordered and today about the approval notice.
 
hmm...now the trend seems different from nitin's and other CC cases..
maybe the name/security checks are not complete yet

This is my guess.. In nitin's case, he got approved after 4 mths from ND..
I think his case was all cleared and they were waiting for his I140 to clear. I guess the I485 process (whatever it maybe ) takes roughly about 3 mths (if name check is not a problem)

We are now in the 2 - 3 mths time frame from ND. I'll give another 2 - 4 weeks.. This is with hope that all of us don't have problem with Name Check..

I recently read in some thread that a guy with begining Feb ND got his I485 approved. All this are just my opinions... don't know how they really work..
But if we get our approvals by end of today... wouldn't that be great ;)
