Concurrent Filers (140/485) CSC-TSC: Waiting for 140 Approval

RFE on NIW I 140

Just received 3 mails from CRIS telling that they have mailed and RFE notice on June 28. I had also got the LUD on June 24 then this...
Let me see what the RFE is about..

Two LUDs

Got LUD on 06/24.
Got LUD again just now, 06/28. Saying the same thing. I-140 being processed, will let you know as soon as decision will be made...blah, blah, blah.

What does it mean? Why two LUDs so close together?

Saw both LUDs on 06/24, 06/28 being after login on USCIS site. No emails.

hey chem-engr... i think an rfe in niw is almost a given.. atleast that is what i have heard.
 
I also had a LUD on 6/24 and then today another one with RFE and LUD on 6/28. My online message also says "RFE" has been mailed. Since you dont have AN RFE, it might mean that they are doing something wiht your application... What are they doing..??? good question..

Same with me, GCforTRAVEL. Got LUD change on 6/24 and then again today (6/28).
But online message is still the same.

My I-140 was approved today !! Just got the e-mail. Long wait finally comes to end

RD Sept 29 2005.

NO RFE even though foreign credential eval was NOT submitted! :p

Transferred from CSC to TSC March 29, 2006.

LUDs : 6/24, 6/28 with no status change :confused:

APPROVED : June 29, 2006

What now? How long to I-485?

What happens now?

Any ideas on how long I-485 is taking for these kinds of cases. I'm from India.
Which forum should be now start following to track this?

Wowwww... this is great news!! I do see a lot of approvals today. Fingers crossed for my NIW application.

9 yeatrs. stuck at BCE. Laid off. found another job. Restart from scratch. Gambled by reapplied as schedule A science and arts with 2 copies of unapproved labor certification. 4 months before the last day of my 6th year on H1B
Today june 29, RFE is the mail. I know it might not go well, but FINALLY it s time to know if i can stay in this crazy country or not.

Questions

Hi,
My I-140 transferred from CSC to TSC in March 2006 got approved today
Any ideas how long it may take for I-485?

Another thing, both my original I-140/I-485 receipt notices did not have a PD. Why?
I had medical exam done during concurrent filing, and fingerprints done before I got my I-765 & I-131 back in Dec. '05. Do I need to do them again?
