Doc,
I think this is not true. I'd be more inclined to look for the cause in added workload from transferred H1 cases or something like that. Other interesting thing - they marked all the cases March 29th and asking to wait 180 days till inquiring for the status - almost exactly till the start of next year (Oct. 1).

I think we are trying to read too much into this.
I got an LUD on March, april, May, June... June 29 for an RFE, another on June 30 then july 1, july 3rd, i send the answer to the RFE today got a new LUD today also july 10th. I mean come on now... 9 LUDs ? this is preposterous !

Well, as you can see in scanned case status, all but 19 cases out of 125 filed on day 044 were approved till today. Majority of them were approved in the first week of May. All transferred cases were dumped into one bucket and were labled 3/29 ND. but, why me??

movement in 002,003,004 and 009 is also very slow... only 8-9 cases left.. no updates today (usually they come in the morning)

this process is killing me!!!
 
After a rush of approval/RFE on NIW cases right before July 4th, nothing seems to be happening again. Painful.

Mine approved yesterday after RFE response last friday. Texas rocks.

Congratulation! when was your ND? I think yours was Sub. Labor is that correct? and also please let us know what was the RFE for?

Yeah, it is sub labor. RFE is a standard ability to pay.

Were you getting the proffered wage, in case short of wage what you guys did.
 
Does anyone know why have TSC stopped processing 140s?? Has anyone called the USCIS number? I am not able to extract any relevant information from them. Does anyone know if AILA has issued a notice about this?

I have been running the scanner for 001-006 and 009 - 7 days in total... and i have probably seen just 3-4 approvals for cases where no rfes were issued.
 
8 month for I-140

it is 8 month that I am waiting for I-140...... :mad: :mad: :mad:
only god knows how long more I should wait...... :( :mad: :( :mad:
 
No, I have not. but I asked my lawyer to request inquiry. which Number I shoudl call? the same NSC number? I think for I-140, employer or lawyer should contact USCIS is that right?

:( yeah that is correct. I think only employer or lawyer can contact. My application is NIW - which is a self-petition. Hence I was able to call myself. Though they dont ask you always if you are the employer or the lawyer.
 
EB1? review/revocation, post-approval

STRANGE- 'Received' message after approval

My Eb1-EA was applied to VSC on 12/05 and txed to TSC on 4/20 with approval on June23. Now I receive a LUD on JULY13 saying that the application was received here for processing, we will let you know the decision.....etc and another LUD with no change in message on JULY14.
What does this mean. I have another i140 based on NIW-HPSA the 5 yr shortage area pending since 2003 and the lawyer just applied to transfer the I485 from the HPSA to the new EB1.
Any one has similar experience re the LUD after approval, please reply.

I received 3 e-mails (1 from CRIS, 2 from USCIS) around noon per 140 approval. I wish best of luck to you guys still waiting. Hope to see you in 485 forum real soon.
