Its nice that all these NIW are getting approved without any RFEs. Someone I know got an RFE last weekend stating that he will have to prove all the three points which have to be proved in an NIW application. I wonder if this is the wheel of fortune or just bad app on this guys's part

I am gambling too...with Sch A Group 2 and I would love to know how these cases are progressing

Will let you know. Actually very few people are trying Schedule A Group 2. It is basically similar to NIW with a job offer afterall...

niw approved yesterday, but only received 2 USCIS emails.

I got confused. where is the other 3 emails? also there is no 485 lud yet. anyone have same situation? thanks.

I'm still waiting for 3 more email. further, there're two LUDs (7/2, 7/3) on 140 without any new info. what's going on?

Similar situation as yours. My I-140 was approved on 6/29/06 and I found LUD changes
on 6/30 and 7/03 on my I-140. There has been no LUD changes so far on my I-485
petition.

NIW EB2 (CSC)
I-140/I-1485 RD: 9/27/05
I-140 AD: 6/29/06
 
Mine NIW-140 (approved on 06/30) got the LUD on 07/02 and 07/03 as well w/o message change. Guess it is just to produce the approval notice.

No LUD on 485s.
 
How long after sending RFE Docs.

Can someone share any experiences when replying to RFE on I-140. Online status shows that the RFE documents were received on 6/26/2006 and one LUD after that 6/27/2006?

I received RFE on availability to pay. I guess I should hear something this week.

Well i started this 'When will my I 140 case be processed' when i saw those people who asked and had their case approved a week later...
It almost worked for me. i got a RFE. Better than nothing !

actually i can also see an LUD on 06/24 on my case. Does anyone know what that is for?
 
My guess is that TSC takes a look at all the remaining transferred cases once a month or so, thus the mass update around the 24th of each month. Maybe a way for themselves to keep track and decide what to work on next.

hmm, mine was changed on 5/22, 6/13 and 6/24. In your theory, TSC is looking into CSC transferred cases onece a month??
