Could you please run update on 260 database. I mean September 30,2005. Is there anyway to do calculation of only Sep.30,2005 for concurrent filling of I140 and I485. How many filed,transffered,approved etc.. with WAC052605XXXX series...

This waiting is really painful.

yo perm_faq, if you are going to run the update on 001 daily, then i will not run it... does that sound fine?

similarly, stock for 005 and 006 and any others that you may want to run... what do you guys think?

Whats up. I will run 001 every day and post it here. I tried to extract the database yesterday and running it now. Actually, I had deleted my database once I had emailed them to you.

LUD's on all cases but I140

weird today I got a LUD on all my cases (even approved AP/EAD from early this year) but not the I140

also, my I485 cases show the following message since we got FP'ed

On March 29, 2006, your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received here for processing. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

kind of scary

anybody else in the same boat?
 
Looks like there is no concurrent 140 approval today?

I haven't seen any postings for today. I did not even notice it in the scanner report.
