You just got approval in 3 months. Great man. My complaint is that, I have filed more than 8 months ago. And still waiting ... UCSIC is one of the worst dept that I have ever seen. I'm in tense, and my company is shaky too. I need 140 approval as early as possible. Its been 8 months... I can't wait any more.

There are many cases including mine applied on the last week of September 2005 and filed concurrently are still waiting.Either they are in one box and located in the bottom of the box or they are processing both 140/485 together.There is nothing anyone could do except to wait ...Attorneys are helpless..

Thanks a lot for updating us with the latest scans. I really appreciate your efforts....I am in the same boat as you were in...I also applied in the last week of September 2005.
I will just share my experience....
Yeah, It is really frustrating to see the later cases getting approvals. But, this reminds of the issue lot of people had in Labor Certifications for GC. I am one of them.....If you guys remember, during a period in 2002, INS pushed all the RIR labor cases back to state and made them non-RIR. After some time, they moved all the cases to BECs which added more backlog. And hence, LCs with later priority dates were approved while earlier priority dated LCs are still pending....Just ridiculous and luck....;-)...In effect, I have seen LC cases applied one week before and one week after mine were approved very fast. And mine took like 4 years just for LC. Some people even got GCs
Now, after going through all these hurdles, I came to 140 stage. Now, all the cases received one week before mine and after mine were getting approvals...Again just ridiculous and luck....;-).
So, it is all ridiculously sick luck for these guys.....I have seen people making millions of dollars, growing up the corporate ladder jus because of luck and not because, they are capable of .....;-).
Let us prey for this sick luck...;-)

Yeah, It is really frustrating to see the later cases getting approvals. But, this reminds of the issue lot of people had in Labor Certifications for GC. I am one of them.....If you guys remember, during a period in 2002, INS pushed all the RIR labor cases back to state and made them non-RIR. After some time, they moved all the cases to BECs which added more backlog. And hence, LCs with later priority dates were approved while earlier priority dated LCs are still pending....Just ridiculous and luck....;-)...In effect, I have seen LC cases applied one week before and one week after mine were approved very fast. And mine took like 4 years just for LC. Some people even got GCs
Now, after going through all these hurdles, I came to 140 stage. Now, all the cases received one week before mine and after mine were getting approvals...Again just ridiculous and luck....;-).
So, it is all ridiculously sick luck for these guys.....I have seen people making millions of dollars, growing up the corporate ladder jus because of luck and not because, they are capable of .....;-).
Let us prey for this sick luck...;-)

I think few of us are in the same situation. I don't think our petitions are lost. They might be sitting on one of the laziest adjudicator's table. May be that guy kept latest cases on top of ours. I think, we should contact local congress man only when we need a major policy change with CIS. Otherwise, I think "initiating CIS inquiry" is the only solution. I did ask my attorney to make an inquiry last week. But nothing is heard so far. Why don't you try the same thing? I really pissed off all this, and... my company is really in shaky situation. I need 140 approval ASAP. I can't wait any more. For 9 months, I have been watching every day for CIS email or status change(LUD).
If we go by the pattern of approvals, initially it was EB3 (non-concur), then EB2 (non-concur), then EB2 & EB1 (concur - latest filings), EB2 & EB1 (concur - old filings) .... If thats the pattern, next week is for Sept filed case approvals.

Did you guys get an email or intimation that your case has been transferred to TSC. My RD is Sep 27 and I have got no email at all. The LUD still says "Your application has been received on Sep 27 and it is taking betwen 270 and 300 days to process such cases"
Would appreciate if you could respond.
