guys, sorry to ask this...but what is exaty the rationale behind the "databases" you're talking about when running a scan?

my case number shows 06046...does that mean I am in DB 046? what are the implications of belonging to a database rather than another one?

my question is.
1) Have you guys see any case that I485 is approved less than 6 months of filing ?
2) Did USCIS check if you are with the I140 petition company before they approve the I485 ?
3) What are the steps after I140 is approved ? just wait for the I485 to be approved right ?

As long as there is no problem with your 140 USCIS will not check that to whom you are working,but if your company withdrawn your 140 or you get some query during the process then you are in trouble.Sometimes during the 485 stage service centers are asking the beneficiaries to provide the proof of employment.Good Luck.
 
Hi, perm_faq,

As I mentioned, my case was transferred to TSC. I am not among the three cases still showing as "received" in 06-001. If you still show that status, I think you really need to initial an inquiry.

I am trying to get my company to reply RFE ( if there is any ) but really hard to talk to HR about this. Since HR themselves will probably be layoff.

right now.. i just have to pray that my I140 get approve earlier.

sorry toughgc... there is a limit of 200-250 checks per ip address in 24 hours on the USCIS website. Hence it becomes increasing difficult to find proxy servers to refresh these dbs.

tscanner is easy to run... if you need help with that, PM me.

Whats first five digits of your WAC number? Are you in 006 database?
