isnt it there's also a need to submit corporate tax returns or financial statements as an attachment to i140 paper? This is to show the ability of the employer to pay the wage offer.

the processing date of TX reached to 3/15/06 for I-140. is there anyone with RD of Oct-Dec who got his/her approval? I don't think that our cases are waiting for processing date. something else is going on !?!?!?!

My EB1 case was filed Mid Dec. 05 and transferred to TSC in March. LUD is 5/22 and still waiting  So I am not sure if TSC processing of 3/15/06 means much, unless of course if we take the transfer date as their reference!

I asked my lawyer to call them and they told her that because my case ND date to TX is march 29 then we have to wait to the processing time to reach there?!?!

can you please ask your lawyer and let me know how and where he/she filed the inquiry. because when I asked my lawyer to file inquiry she said that she doesn't know how to do it and she said there is no way to file an inquiry.

Your case's status is the same as mine. I was told that my I-140 was transferred to TSC on 04/28/06 by a officer of the local immigration office.
But I never get any email or mail notice for transferring. Another local officer
told me that my application is still at CSC.

LUD updated once on 7/25/06, no message changed.

NIW (concurrent filer), RD 9/26/05

Finally, I got 5 e-mails from USCIS at lunch time, RFE for my NIW I-140. Better than nothing, now I can actively do some work instead of sitting there! My lawyer filed an inquiry over the phone (the usual customer service number) last week. So Azamani123 and others that're still waiting, do ask your lawyer to call USCIS. It might actually help!

congratulation man!
it was very good news. as I said my lawyer also called them but they said that we should wait!!! when was your receipt date to TSC. was it March 29th also? anyway I hope you enjoy this step of freedom.
