Concurrent Filers (140/485) CSC-TSC: Waiting for 140 Approval

I heard some of the I-140/I-485 pending cases can be because of the name check! is this correct? name check on I-140? and also I heared that on these cases I-140 and I-485 will be approved with together!?!?!?!

If it's going to give you peace of mind I dont know why you can't pay a $1000 extra to get a response on your I-140 in 15 days. But having waited almost 7 years for this, I guess waiting another 4 months (what's taking to process I-140s) would not make much of a difference.
 
I don't think it will be an issue, since your current salary is higher than what LC (prevailing wage) determines. The best thing would be to submit your "paystubs" along with your company's financial (audited) statements. If you are EB3, better you can try Premium process, if filing fees is not the issue for you or your company.

LUD on I-140 and I-485

I got LUD on my I-140 and I-485 without message change. is there anyone who also get this LUD or no? I hope I can see the approval soon ....

Yes I also got LUD on both my 140 & 485.

you are right, looking like a massive LUD, they did same on 5/22, that time I had RFE on my 140, still i had that LUD on both 140 & 485.
 
Urgent : Eb2/eb3 ?

Hello,

I have finished MS and one year of experience before joining my current employer. They filed my AEC (Labor certification) application Jan 2005. Yesterday when I talked to lawyers I came to know that they filed my AEC in RIR EB3 instead of RIR EB2. I'm in trouble :mad: Is there any way to convert my current RIR EB3 application to RIR EB2 ? Someone told me that EB category get decided during I-140 phase. Do I still have chance ? My LC is not approved yet.

Appreciate your help.

No LUD for me here since the last change in july 17 saying they received my answer to the RFE. 1 more week and i can start an inquiry...

Same here.. just got a LUD without message change on both I-140 and _485. I have not got my FP notice also till now.

Same here but i am RFE on my 58th days waiting and didn tget any LUD since july 17

Mass Update

My LUD for 140 and 485 also changed to 9/13/06 with no new messages. Must be a mass update, because I got my RFE notice a month ago and haven't send the response yet, and my 485 is not current.
 
more than 10 month for I-140. still waiting ..... and no news, no RFE no approval.... I don't know what they are doing back there in TSC.... :mad:
I know I should just wait ...............

hi, did you call the customer service line? i think you should call them.
as for me, evern strange. I got 485 approval and 140 still pending online!!!
I got 485 approval notice in mail as well. :confused: I have no idea what's going on!! My lawyer told me to wait for another month and she will call for me......Have you heard anything like this??
 
yes, I called but they said that I should wait until the process date reaches my transfer date?!? so I am waiting for end of Sep. hopefuly ...
