You can get your case number by emailing your employer's phone number or tax id to lcstatus05@doleta.gov.
Your LC should be cleared in a month or so..but you never know when it will be finally cleared.

That would be wishful thinking on our part but someday that will be true
Since you mentioned your PD was 12/17/02. I assume that your case should have reached Chicago DOL by now. You should call your attorney and they should be able to tell you if your case is still at State level or moved to Chicago DOL.
The email address that i sent you in my earlier post is for Chicago DOL only.

dec approvals
dec 10 n dec 11th cases r certified...
dec 12 shud be approved ne day. good luck buddy...
btw these dates on the dol website processing times r really not true. nebraska says its processing jan 2003, when i called up they say they r processing dec 2002. but atleast she was polite, gave me her own telephone number, told me to keep calling.

Based on the case numbers in the spreadsheet, I made some guesses and checked the phone system. I don't have any more information on those cases.

some cases that are approved in Jan are for agricultural and other occupations which are certified within span of days.
system abuse like the one posted by wisc is logged by the DOL...

My case has been transferred to Chicago DOL during the first week of Dec and I still haven't gotten my case number. I was just trying to see the dates that were being processed so that I can press my attorney to contact DOL for finding my case number. For all I know my case could have been lost and untraceable like someother unfortunate candidates. I have tried using my employers phone number, tax id etc and my case could not be located as of yet through DOL provided methods for checking the status.
Please keep your judgements(system abuse) to yourself and shove it someplace else. People take enough crap from having to deal with INS and DOL, please don't add your judgemental nonsesnse to that.

if u got a letter frm illionis sesa indicating ur PD then there will be a telephone number on it. it is ok to call them and ask for ur case, sometimes it even speeds up ur case.
