Ans : Yes, if you want this to support your application, it should be in the same category and HRDC approved.

Will that create any complication?? Will I need any Criminal clearance from India in case I stay for 6 months or more in India??

Ans: You do not have to provide Police clearance certficate if you have applied from USA, no matter how long you have been in India.

its seems like Buffalo start working more quickly then before, what you guys think, Can we receive Medical assessment date sometime soon ?

One more question, Can you able to see your application status by entering file number on cic.gc.ca

It has been more than 1.5 yrs since I am following this forum now.

We have created three groups in this tracker list.

1. First group is all the people whose assesment completed and they are in the process of completing medical and further stages.

2. Second group is all the people whose assessment is completed and then waiting for their medical to complete. Sometime from august onwards CIC asked all the people to wait for six months before going for their medical. So, if you see in the list myself, rscool, jalma, deepered etc. We all r in waiting mode for six month. We will have to start our process after six months.
Buffalo-CIC is still working in weired manner. We were unable to predict their consistency earlier. For example, in my case

I applied in September and recd file number in 11/15. This was as expected time frame. But then my assessment was delayed eventhough all of my documents were perfact. All the folks who filed after me all of they got their assessment and some (e.g. gudu1) of them already got their medical completed. And, they asked me to wait for six month before mediacal. Isn't it the weired situation?

3. Third group is all the people whose assessment is still pending.
This group still has to go long way. Good luck to all of them.

Time process to me is still looks slow. Since mid 2001, lots of folks might have filed for canada may be due to dotcom failure and other reasons. And that may have created huge backlog.

You can check your online status on cic website. But in my particular case I was able to see my application status when my assessment was completed and when I got my medical forms. But, I think contribution from all the fols in this forum and tracker is much more better than seeing application status online on CIC. :)

I request all the folks who steps to the next stage to keep all of us posted, there are lots of silence users who are following your date to get the estimates of their applications.

I also request folks who update tracker list that please update tracker list ONLY ONCE IN A WEEK TO AVOIDE UNNECESSARY DUPLICATIONS ON SINGLE PAGE. Thanks in advance.

nothing since then its already over 54 weeks.
