LC Approval Estimate ?

Hello ,
My LC PD is Jul 25, 2001. Pikachu or anyone do u have a rough estimate of how much longer it will take for approval going at this rate.

I also have a question regarding 140 once Labor is approved, do I get the same PD for 140 i.e. Jul 25 or is it after filing 140 I get another PD separately for 140. How much time for 140 from Vermont any idea?

I have been in labor for 2.5 years. My job title is unique and was not in DOL\'s list of titles, got bumped twice, its the first case for the company slowing everything down, had crapy lawyers and so on......
Its too painful to even participate in these discussions and I have been silently listening, boy have I learnt what is patience.
My deepest regards to all who are supporting others.
My application date now is 4/11/01

My PD was Nov 2000 with the CT SESA sending a salary RFE.. Forwarded to the DOL on Feb 8 2001 with RD March 9 2001 and AD Jan 2 2002. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!! Thanks Phonon.. This is a good way to begin the new year !
