first of all...congrats pikachu..good luck for I140.

my question is about the year end summary that you have posted.
it lists

July : 23 Aug : 118
Sept : 115 Oct : 187
Nov : 200 Dec : 164 Total from July 16 : 807 (for cases rd in DOL 1/4 - 4/30 2001)

and also gives a list of cases recvd from Jan thru April.

but there is no mention of cases rcvd during May and June?
would you throw some light on cases rcvd during june and may\'2001?
i mean how many cases were rcvd in these two months.

It means you are at DOL, and in fact, you got there the same day I did! (Presumably you also filed at MA SESA towards the end of February.)

I think it\'s a fair assumption that DOL will look at our cases in the spring.

Hopefully I\'ll see you again on I-140 board, but I don\'t think that is going to happen because your I-140 will probably be approved before my labor is forwarded to the Boston DOL. Anyways, wish you good luck all the way to GC. And of coures, thank you for the great work you have done for this board.

This is going to be my last daily update.. So good luck folks. Looks like DOL has made a new year resolution to clear their backlog. They had done March 8 cases in mid-Nov and then did not touch even a simgle March 9 case.. Then they did them ALL in 2 days. 21 more came out yesterday !

numbers are cases from Jan - April that were approved in July - Dec. That means that in July they did 23 cases that were received in Jan - April... I never download cases beyond April and so have so idea about the number of cases received beyond April..
 
locating my case

Hello folks,
My case number is 200114xxx.....i called the number 617-565-2191....but somehow i got a message that case could not be located......

does anyone know what the problem could be.....or is there no way of tracking cases which are still in State i.e. SESA.......
