Very nice, job JustWatching...I like the new reports. Reports convey a lot more info on approval trends.

Just a few minor suggestions for ease of reading the reports.

On "Monthly PD Stats" tab:
Make whole tab Arial 8 size font so that the whole page can be seen at one glance without scrolling up and down.
If possible alternate rows with two different colors for cell backgrounds (white and pale grey).
Combine "From Priority Date" column and "To Priority Date Column" into one column ("Month-Year" in "MON-YYYY" format). this will make the report compact and easy to read.

Thanks for the suggestions...

I will add the alternate colors.
Can't merge the date columns because they are used in formulas
Changing to Arial 8 will not get all rows to appear on the screen without scrolling.

Just to get myself on the spreadsheet though i am months away from even receiving a 45-day letter. There are 2 others in my office with the same details as me, (one of them maybe EB2)

There's one other case with PD April 2002. Received 45 day letter a couple of months ago.. No approval yet. Position Software engineer, EB3, RIR.

I got a reply from the Dallas Processing center in a day...

Case Satus shows to be CERTIFIED!!!!!!! The screen dump that they sent is not very clear, however it is readable.
I haven't received the letter form them though. What should I assume???

Hi, I have been tracking y'all's forum but couldnt add anything due to the lost password issue....thats finally resolved. So....let me begin by saying - this is really great - what y'all are doing...providing tracking mechanism.

My case details are:

RIR case (I think EB2) at Dallas Regional.
PD-Aug 2003
RD-Sep 04
Recd 45 day letter and replied - Mar 05
No news since.

Also a qn...how can I email the bec in Dallas for case status?

my company filed my ETA 9035 for RIR on May, 2004 in harrisburg,PA
According this Shipping Schedule:

Phase Local Office Receipt Date Date Due to Center
1 Prior to January 2003 Completed On 12-31-04
2 2003 to 2004 No Later Than 03-31-05
3 2005 No Later Than 04-22-05

my case should be in Backlog Processing Center,

But I still have not got a 45 days letter yet, Is this normal?
where should I check to find out the status of my case.
