I got the reply today in email, I sent on June 25, you should get shortly. I am not sure if they will send a hard copy as well.

This message for gchelp2002! related to your H1B ext labor filing proof from BEC.
Do you know from which state did you file your Labor and what is your Priority date?
What details you have in the screen shot
Actually I sent an email on 22-jun-05 and did not get a response. My PD is July2003 from CT
Do they respond only to Employers and Attorneys???
Can you please help!

My attorney says he sent it to Philly on June 23rd. Says he still has not received a reply.

This forum has seen some random approval from PBRC in last week ( PD with DEC 2002 RIR and APR 2003 RIR ), why don't we get some more data to the forum, including from silent watchers, non-registerd to this forum, our freind and buddies......Below is my case info, I'll have my friends info as well ( who don't follow any of these forums at all)

ONLY OUR numbers will help us to figure out, in which way PBEC is heading ! I mean- Approval for DOL cases, 45 letters for SWA cases, Queue and processing time for RIR and TR cases...

My labour was filed from NJ, they will give u ETA Case Number: (Starting with 'T'...), PD and RD and status as Incomplete.

Philly.... sent mail on june 25 and got reply july 7.
