RD - Regional receipt date: 03/05/03

45-day letter Date received: 12/15/2004
Recriutment Clarification call received on 05/27/05
Sent the additional Info. on 06/01/05
Certification letter dated 06/06/05
Received the certification letter on 06/27/05

By the way, I don't fully understand the Priority Date. Is this the date when the State Level received the application? Is it important in the process following the labor certificate? Can somebody clarify this for me?

Saw some approval recently. Hopefully it moves fast.

RD- Regional/DOL receipt date.In your case it will be 7/29/03.
 
Phily 7 year extension proof

Hello, Gurus,

Any one has experience sending email to Phily BPC to get the 7 year H1B extension needed LC over one year proof-- the so called screen shot? How long does it normally take?

Sent one on June 29, have not got any reply yet.

45 day letter issued: 02/16/2005
45 day letter replied: 03/01/2005

Note: The 45 day letter was replied by lawyer in time. Still BPC closed the case. The lawyer has sent a request to reopen the case with FedEx tracking sheet as proof of timely response. Verbally I am told the case is now open. I have no written proof though.

Question: In the event of case closure by error by DOL, do they write back any confirmation letter stating that the case is reopened? Please let me know.
Any other source where I can verify that the case is open?

Richshi - I'm waiting for one too. My lawyer sent the request on June 23rd.
He says I should get the proof by July 15th.

I recall people traling about that a month ago or so ... they had to insist with DOL to get a letter saying the case was reopen for a few weeks but eventually they got a written confirmation. Hope that helps. Ask in the Dallas or Phily forum for a definite answer.
