that does not sound good. did you get that 45-day letter? was it replied to in time?

Do you know what State and BPC?
 
No, I have not received any 45 day letter till now. We have sent lot of requests (both my attorney and my company), but no reply on that

In the letter which they sent to your attorney regarding your case they must say the reason. Ask your attorney the reason why they closed the case if it is on behalf of your company (your company may have initiated the closure) or due to not responding 45 days letter.

If it is due to not responding 45 days letter they need to say in the letter when they sent one. In this case could you tell us the date when that letter was sent to you ?
