BEC Priority Date Tracker

status: incomplete

Hi everyone,

What does it mean to have a case status that is called "incomplete" by the Philly BEC? Does it mean that the application was not processed or that the application is missing something?

The “Incomplete” status means that it has not been processed yet. It is not an indication of an incomplete filing. It just means that a decision has yet to be rendered.

And how about, adding and extra sheet to have ZB's monthly breakdown of pending labours !! What do you think ?

Every time I need to search to find out the # of pending labours need to be cleared before it reaches mine. Your very awesome doc has all other info.

45-Day Letters May Not be Completed by September 2005

The BPCs plan to have all cases entered into their system by the end of September 2005. To meet this goal, they are not inputting complete data on some cases. The 45-day letters, however, cannot be issued for each case until it is fully entered into the system. Therefore, it is likely that some cases will not receive 45-day letters by September 2005, which was DOL's original timeline.

what a nightmare! this BEC is really a joke, SWA folks will never c light out of this tunnel. it is so depressing. now the 45 days letters will not finish by sep 2005, later DOL will come and say we can't finish the whole work in 24-30 months and we have to extend it for another 2 yrs. this is really going nowhere.

i will die in the USA before i c this GC.
 
Is Philly BEC Certifying TR cases based on Regional/DOL Recipt Date ?

We have had 4 TR cases in Philly now who have been certified - including gc4long whose post I see today.

I have extracted the list below from our tracker.
Please note the following :-

a) ALL of the cases are TR cases.
b) The list is sorted by the DOL Receipt Date, NOT the PD
c) Contains only cases that have received the 45-day letters.

What breakdown are you referring to? Is it related to records in the tracker or in general?

Generally, it takes two points to trace a line.

At BPC it takes a few thousand.

You could be right. But at this point BPC has done nothing to show me that they process anything in any order.
