Hi JustWatching and ZanyBrainy,

Have you looked the data files available from here: http://www.flcdatacenter.com/CasePerm.aspx
They seem to have information on a lot of cases and many of them are approved.

rama0083

The data in these files is for Regional cases only and were collected from the Regional offices prior to the creation of the Backlog Centers.

Significant "analysis" has been done on these files in the Philly and Dallas BPC forums if you want to search a few months back.

Thanks

One more approval from Philly BEC...

This is probably the first RIR case reported to be approved by Philly BEC in this forum. This approval is for a case from Maryland SWA, EB3, RIR case.

Is that an 'Auto Reply' you got from PBEC? Are they still going to provide you some proof?

Guys - please do not send requests to PBEC if you are not applying for extension.

The screen shot shows "Certified" for my case. Does any one have an idea as to how many days will it take to receive the actual letter from them. The date that it was certified was 7/5/05. The lawyer doesn't want to do any paper work for I-140/485 until the letter is received.

PD: Dec 2002
RD: Jan 2004
45 Day letter recd and replied: March 2005
