Roma77, Great work. You analysis provides us the bulk picture. This demonstrates the BEC throughput on a weekly basis.

On the other hand the tracker consists of a sample of the BEC cases and indicates the processing trends.

They'd better never started BEC - I would have been certified 18 months ago and may have had GC by now already...

My case was cleared of SWA and was sent to Regional (Atlanta) on 12/23/2003

Online status

After this long ( 4 yr + 7 months) wait, finally its my time to share a good new.

Online Status changed to certified, yesterday afternoon.
Will keep everyone updated about the actual letter.
 
Look like rather than working on the Jun-Jul 2004 RIR cases, they have gone back to the 02/03 leftover cases.

Let me take this oppurtunity to whine like a sulky baby...:eek:
As always when my turn comes, they go start doing something else...

Good for the 02/03 stuck cases though....

I can understand your being anxious, but please realize that they are some of us who have been waiting since 2001 very patiently and we have to see cases ahead of us being certified, it is quite heartbreaking.
So don't worry your turn will come too and I hope your wait is nothing close to how long I have waited.

Your record was considered as outdated - you will find your record in 'outdated records' tab of the tracker. Perhaps you did not logged in to the forum for more than 6 months after April 25, 2006. I re-instated your record in PBEC tab.
 
So excited to announce that my labor has been certified through online. Cannot believe it! Hope can receive hard copy soon.

Did anybody notice that most of the certified labors recently from Dallas received NOFs first?

Please mention the state from which your LC was filed. Did your case cleared the state and went to regional DOL? If yes, when? All this info is required for the tracker.

Which state? DBEC or PBEC?

From MO. Do not know if it has ever been cleared in MO or not. I guess not.
